Made fantastic #WFPBNO pizza tonight! The crust is the #Engine2 whole wheat pizza crust. Used oil free pizza sauce w/ a layer of fresh spinach, Roma tomatoes, red onions, & mushrooms. Had a huge salad & a bowl of fresh fruit-strawberries, blueberries, & mango. Yum! #plantstrong
