πΊπΏ Uzbekistan deservedly qualified for their first-ever World Cup with a strong showing in the AFC qualifiers... after years of steady development of the senior & youth national teams
Here I'll preview them with data provided by @twelve_football

Uzbekistan have some really difficult games in their first World Cup, but I think they could be a surprise team here
They'll likely be forced to play deeper & more on the counter than in Asian play, but they're still very good in transition so could pounce on any mistakes!
However, despite this weakness, Uzbekistan were still very strong out of possession, limiting opponents' ability to enter both their defensive third as well as their box
The feedback I've received on these graphs (radar and distribution) has been pretty positive.
Is this something you all would want me to clean up and add to my GitHub?
Caveat before you respond... there's a lot of moving pieces here and plenty of things to manually enter
@HufcxG mplsoccer has a Turbine Chart function, but I've always found it a bit too busy to read even if it's actually a great way to combine standard radars with distributions
I'm sure there's a way to do it and be very readable though!
