@Fly_Norwegian my last flight to Usa was so freaking cold on board. People make sure you have warm clothes unless you want to pay for everything hot drinks when is cold or blanket etc. Terrible service #Norwegian

So unhappy with #Norwegian airlines. At the airport I’ve asked specifically if and what is needed take my cat London to Chicago and Customer service said yes. Now when I called to discuss details I am told I am not allowed to tak my pet on the flight to Chicago. Huge disappoint

@myhermes This is a lie and now customer service tells me to contact the retailer. I did after the first “never happened “ attempted delivery. The retailer will never use your services again nor I will be buying from any company that uses @myhermes services
