Quite shocking for Senator Schumer to call for the replacement of the government of Israel.
This is about the most absurd set of comments I have heard, and as the former White House Special Envoy to the Middle East for nearly 3 years, trust me- I have heard A LOT!
I have a few questions for Sen. Schumer:
Are you Israeli? Do you or your kids or grandkids serve in the Israeli Army? Do you pay taxes in Israel? If not, who are you to try to change the Israeli government?
Your remarks are the height of chutzpah.
You can be frustrated about things. You may have different ideas about how to achieve peace. You may not like what some Israeli government officials say and you are free to criticize those. But most of your remarks were outrageous.
