Completion of $2M Additional Compensation Plan for Eligible Binance Users

We previously announced we had allocated $2 million in additional funds for direct compensation to users as part of our Remedy Plan, to be distributed directly through Binance to users who made net purchases between March 4th at 21:00:00 and March 5th at 17:55:59 (UTC+8) on the Binance platform.

为什么会发行GPS，今天我来说明下：

从Web2一路走来，看到Web2安全服务的僵局是无解的，而Web3是我们看到不多的解决路径。

Web2安全服务，这里单指面向用户的服务，在达成垄断流量之后，会快速形成封闭生态，也就是收益最高的方式是什么都自己搞，收购或内部组建团队搞，远比支持开发者共建生态收益高，最后就是利益在封闭生态中形成死循环，系统陷入PVP。

这种封闭状态直接导致一个结果，服务缺乏竞争，对用户需求失去敏感，从外面看，挣得钱越来越多，实际却是服务质量下降，因为挣的钱出在流量上，所以保护流量而不是保护用户，事实上成为公司的主要目标。

为什么十几年前的3q大战之后，腾讯转型开放生态，就是想让更多人参与增加流量价值，所以搜索给搜狗了，电商给京东了，更多的人从系统中赚到钱，促使系统更强大，转变单纯的业务思路为平台思路。

同样，通过开放流量快速崛起的还有fackbook的F8平台，是开放，让用户得到更多价值。当然，今天的腾讯和fackbook不是这样，但当时，开放是他们成功路上的关键决定。

说回Web3用户安全，一个公司的能力是有限的，能力也有长短，也就是真正服务用户的边界其实不大，如何在快速迭代的大的技术背景下，仍然可以提供有效服务，不断帮用户缩小风险敞口，这是个很艰难的任务。

所以才需要一个基础框架，类似于Web2的平台概念，使更多开发者参与进来，一起发现问题，解决问题，拓展能力外延，有的合作伙伴看钓鱼网站，有的看被攻击合约，有的看黑钱，有的看中心化交易所，而每个合作伙伴又可以通过平台，去中心化的核算，得到报酬，这样才能把零散的安全开发者聚合起来，并通过激励，让大家付出有回报。

GoPlus的经济模型，或者说GPS就是用来实现这个目标的。

最重要是，GoPlus不应该是这个生态的最终决策者，权利的垄断，必然导致系统的低效，也必然无法维系公平，所以GoPlus 基于AVS构建去中心化的数据核验机制，降低GoPlus的权利而提高去中心化核验机制的权利，这个机制应该是人人可以公平参与的，哪怕只是一个用户，只提交了一条风险数据，他也可以收到系统公平的对待，并获得报酬，如果有问题，他可以向任何人提出挑战，证明自己。

一个公平的，开放的，人人可以参与的安全生态，需要GPS来推动，去中心化的结算，发放，满足生态内千奇百怪的安全交易需求，减少摩擦，提高生态交易的频率。

GPS也是生态价值的体现，他把所有参与者粘合在一起，形成一个松散，但目标一致的去中心化组织。

基于以上判断，GoPlus发布了GPS，是我们解决Web3安全问题的关键一环。GoPlus的所有人，没想过这是一个容易的过程，但这是我们选择走的路。
