@Rainmaker1973 This is kind of misleading though. It compares the largest known polar bear (and I'm presuming Grizzly and Black bears) to a averaged sized person. Compare the 9ft tall Robert Wadlow to the bears and it might change our perspective

There's literally nothing between Sligo and North America but sea. And amazingly given given its latitude,54° N, the sea is relatively warm. All the right conditions.

@ShoddyCycling I was also convinced by the aluminium cast lugs which are tots Raleigh. Vitus did use lugs but as I remember their seat post/stay lug was conventionally attached to the seat stays.

@ShoddyCycling I rode a dynatech back in the day. I ... was .. convinced that the rear brake bridge was bolted to the frame and that's what persuaded me it was Raleigh. But I've spent the last hour trying to find an example of that feature and can't. I (am) may be losing it...
