[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

Studying for a MSt in Sustainability Leadership for the Built Environment (IDBE), with @cisl_cambridge at @Cambridge_Uni.
My research subject is looking into the impact of forest-management success, on the ability to claim that timber is low carbon.
If you can help, pls DM me. 👍🏻

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@Nigel_Farage All your fault, mate.

YOU foster the unfounded hatred of groups of people based on ridiculous and impossible-to-define woolly stereotypes and racial dog whistles, and then claim to have nowt to do with it.

You horrible odious man

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@Nigel_Farage “…something is going wrong in our once beautiful country”.

Yeah

YOU, you horrible man.

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@RobertEverett4 @MikeCowgill @TheBishF1 @volvocars I’m with you on the ‘analogue’ usefulness of glass & mirrors for visibility when parking etc. I, too, rarely use my cameras for actual reversing manoeuvres.

But I can’t explain to you how much better the Clearsight is than a normal rvm whilst normal driving, specially at night.

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@JamesCleverly Or rather the Politics of Fair(er) Distribution of Wealth.

Rather that than the politics of “Screw-You Jack-I’m-Alright”, look after No 1. and anyone who I deem to be part of my ‘Club’.

You belong as far away from govt as poss. until we can get some sensible Conservatives back.

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@RobertEverett4 @MikeCowgill @TheBishF1 @volvocars Also, nitpicking, but @volvocars only owns 18% of @PolestarCars .

Get yourself a Clearsight rear view mirror — you’ll never go back.

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@RobertEverett4 @MikeCowgill @TheBishF1 @volvocars Are you annoyed because you lose rear visibility, & that that seems unjustified?

If so, you needn’t be: it comes as standard with a video-screen rear view ‘mirror’.
I have one in my iPace & it’s gamechanger.

It’s got better rear visibility than any r. v. mirror I’ve ever had.

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@UKLabour Success is when Preparation meets Opportunity. ❤️

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@gavinaldrich @Film4 @rolandemmerich My thoughts exactly

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@gavinaldrich @Film4 @rolandemmerich Although, Moonfall’s not in there so maybe not.

😕

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@gavinaldrich @Film4 @rolandemmerich Looks like they’re all available to stream on “Channel4” under ‘Sci Fi & Fantasy Summer’.

@AdamRutherford “Yeah, hi, is that Loaves ‘n’ Fishes?
Yeah: Jesus here.
Can we get a table for 8pm, Thursday?
Table for 13.”

“But we all wanna sit one ONE SIDE”

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@EddyVinckk Not as funny/pointless as the luggage shops.

Like who rocks up to Heathrow with armfulls of their holiday clothes, and goes “Ah! Yes! A luggage shop! I frickin KNEW there was something I’d left home without, this morning”?

I just don’t get it.

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@AntiEVidiots Ahh, OK. Found it:

It’s for Lots with 80 or more spaces, and it’s minimum 50% cover.

But hey it’s a start.

https://t.co/pQyRoqwDpq

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@AntiEVidiots I believe a law was passed in France last year that if you want to get permission to build new parking, it MUST have PV canopies.

I’m pretty sure I read that in the press.

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@mrjamesob Is this a frickin joke!?!?

I can’t tell.

I’m in a post-Truth world.

Please tell me this was a poor-taste joke.

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@JamesCleverly 14 years, James.

14

Bloody

Years

Pipe down mate.
Give decent opposition when it’s needed, not carping on about how slowly Labour are getting rid of YOUR legacy.

Fool.

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@Kitingbikinguk @newt7215 @blacksanshoes @Chargemap Wait til you realise that circuits are nothing to do with direct connections of wires in a circuit, and actually about moving fields of charge across the space between a power source and a load….

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@sarah_go_green Fortunately never had to deploy, but we all know it by heart.

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@sarah_go_green Can I make a logistics suggestion too?
Not sure how old your teens are but we have a rule with our kids, for using the tube when it’s packed:

If you get separated on a platform, with some getting on a train, and some not, the group that managed to get on, gets off at …/

[Gibbo @Beaky_G]

@sarah_go_green /… the NEXT STOP, and WAITS.

Then, the back group get on the next train, & ALSO get off at the next stop.

Sounds simple, but if pre-agreed it saves any assumptions about who goes, who stays, who goes back (a sure fire way to lose each other). No phone signals either, see?
