@ShitpostRock It's called a mini PC its not that deep people. Mini PC is usually for media storage, once you add a good enough GPU to the mix it is more or less like a laptop.
Not exactly recolors, but close enough. There are genres of things for a reason.
The Japanese have slice-of-life anime, which is the most useless genre and has tons of the same stuff, same with isekai.
The games have the same logic, souls-like games are all the same because the first one is Demon Souls.
Once upon a time FPS games were all Doom clones or Doom-likes until someone tried something more in that section.
Shit got samey in the last 20 years.
Even worse embarrassment for you is that there is no poor college student, if you can pay to go to college, you have the money to pay it, if you don't, you do not get to go to college, and no student loan is a credit line that needs to get paid, it was never a free pass or an excuse.
You spend money on a PC it will last for years, WTF is this. Option C is impossible as you don't get to stream it to anything if you don't have either a PC or a console. You buy the PC once it lasts for decades, the first decade and a half it can run all of the games on the market. You buy the game and it is yours forever, that is as long as the service like Steam is available, once it goes down, all the games go poof with it.
Grok image editing is fantastic. The image I gave it to work from was fine for Grok, but ChatGPT refused, pointing to decency guardrails.
The image in question was a non-nude concept design image for a game character.
Grok wins in this regard, no contest. Just fantastic.
#grok #imagine
@IndieCurator AI references other things and compares against them. The game is popular but very very limited as it has one gimmick and relies on sustained interest to function as a simple hide and seek party game. So yes I would also rate it 6/10 as a concept if I was really generous.
@1PlayersPassion@TheActMan_YT But how do you know if there is sawdust before you buy the burger? The burger ad shows a big burger with meat and condiments where everything is five times the actual size and it say the meat is 100% real meat. It doesn't say sawdust was not used.
@Grummz No fucking labels man, if the dev doesn't put AI label why would that same dev get to put the other 100% organic one on his game, no, just no, bad
@ChrisWinters_CA@Grummz Meh, it's a different view of the future market, he probably thinks that gamers will follow devs over to the platform, and is trying to at least level the playing field.
So devs should put AI label on their multimillion dollar budget game because some rocks in the level were made in bulk with AI? And get bad reviews? And hurt their sales?
That is exactly why he says it is harmful to the smaller devs.
A two person team can't do everything impressively on a small budget, without AI, and working for years while subsisting on cup noodles.
@Igzorn_Buelle@Gaigous They don't label LGBT games the same, those get a tag that doesn't have to be there. It would be equally damaging to them. The AI label is there simply to moralize how these games were made differently.
