Current challenge 'The Panda Bear Ultra' which is a combination of @runforthetrees Oak Challenge of 200 miles in Feb plus the Forest Trail Series of 10 Virtual Races ranging from 1km to 75miles. This weekend I tackle the 75miles around #peakdistrict hopefully within 24hrs.
In summary we've raised over £1200 for @OCDUK@epilepsyaction@TheBHF@YoungMindsUK@MindCharity@SeaLifeTrust

Current challenge happening now and bigger things planned for the year ahead!
OK, so I've not been paying you enough attention, I'm sorry, I'm not a big social media person, but that's going to change. (We'll see)
So, you have no idea how that first challenge went, no idea what I've done in between and absolutely no idea what I'm doing next.....
A small group of hero’s we know are running 6 marathons (180 miles) in three days for some incredible charities including @epilepsyaction@MindCharity@YoungMindsUK@OCDUK#blackbearultra
If you have any spare change! Greatly appreciated!
