The NFL has decline Texas Tech QB Brendan Sorsby's application to enter the supplemental draft. @SINow has obtained the letter the league sent to Sorsby to inform him of the decision.

For the record I obviously don't think Sorsby should be permitted to play. However, there is a part of me that really wants to see the mad house that Nippert would be on October 24th if he did play. All that said, I'd bet a weeks pay Tech caves to pressure and Sorsby never plays.
