@MandicReally It could be the fact that you use ABS/ASA a lot. I mostly print with PLA and I've experienced issues after touching my build plate. I could literally see plastic peeling up exactly where I touched it. Since I stopped touching my build plate I rarely get failures

Made a new belt for the printer. Seam could have turned out better, but not bad for my first attempt.

Your documentation clearly indicates that it should be perpendicular. I just thought I'd try it this way to see how it goes. I figure, if I print something that is the width of the belt, then the whole part pulls up at the seam simultaneously. With this seam just a little bit of the seam gets pulled at a time as the part rolls off the bed. I've got some testing to do to confirm this
