@DeanTTraining I just started really working out 3 months ago my goal is fat loss right now. I started 325 now I’m 265. I got Ryse skippy protein powder. I tried 1 scoop in one serving of plain Greek yogurt which was like 150 grams but it seemed like to much powder not enough yogurt
