A clip from a BYU media outlet is circulating about former Kentucky guard Collin Chandler, on why he chose BYU, citing, “I want to be part of a program that cares about their athletics, who have passion for the game."

Unfortunately that clip doesnt clarify that he is explaining why he committed to BYU back in 2021 following a campus visit.

I shared the video without the added context, suggesting it was a slight at Kentucky. That was poor reporting of me.
