AI-built websites are moving from "wow" to "why does this feel like slop?" pretty quickly.
We're researching this for upcoming AI work in @BeaverBuilder, and imo @jakubantalik's transitions library is a great example of subtle UX polish done right.

This is a vibe project by co-founder @RobbyMcCullough, but very Beaver Builder adjacent...
As we're working on an AI integration for Beaver Builder, I'm finding it immensely helpful to expand my design vocabulary.
This daily issue publication surfaces AI design-related news in a new visual style every day, with accompanying vocab and prompt examples.
Issue 014 · Gallery 014
Today’s issue treats agentic web work like a white-cube installation: visible surfaces, wall labels, review tape, and enough room to inspect what changed.

If you missed it yesterday: zug zug.
We published a fun interview with Kalee Raisor, founder of @WarcraftTavern, about how their team uses Beaver Builder for their @Warcraft guides, tools, and news platform.

Zug zug.
We were thrilled to find out @WarcraftTavern uses Beaver Builder extensively for their @Warcraft guides, tools, and news platform.
@RobbyMcCullough was actually an avid user of the site and, because it's so expertly customized, had no idea it was Beaver Builder.
In our latest blog post, we interview their founder, Kalee Raisor, and talk to him about the site's origin story, SEO, and some of their experience running a large content site with BB.

What if the most important AI-agent surface isn't the chat box - but a whiteboard?
Figma opened FigJam to coding agents. The board sketches architecture before any code is written.
Today's Art Direction Daily, on what it means for site builders 🌸
https://t.co/DS6UsSga7J
⚓ Five pages. Three agents. Ten minutes.
That's the parallel sub-agent demo doing the rounds - and the pattern's now showing up across Cursor 3, Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI.
Today on @artdirdaily, our field report on agentic web design: https://t.co/NLJlUgjsAG
I love using the Starbucks vs local coffee shop analogy. I'm glad we live in a world where there are Starbucks. There is a time and a place, but day to day, I like to support my local coffee shop where the barista knows my order and my name before I walk in the door. Craftsmanship and personal service go a long way.
Issue 006 of Art Direction Daily, set as a Pressed Specimen Folio. @browserstack's Percy, @Applitools, and @chromaticcom each shipped AI review agents that read the rendered page instead of the diff.

Issue 005 of Art Direction Daily, set in the style of "Architectural Blueprint."
@tryinspector ships a visual editor for the live site that hands every change to your coding agent. The running app becomes the design surface.

Issue 004 of Art Direction Daily, set in Memphis Milano / Postmodern. @figma , @Cursor 3 and @stitchbygoogle 2.0 all moved the agent's primary surface from the chat box onto the canvas this fortnight.

Sharing a weekend vibe project. I’ve been trying to learn more about different art and design styles, especially the vocabulary used to describe them.
Art Direction Daily is a daily briefing of news and headlines about agentic design, particularly for the web.
Each day, the issue and homepage update themselves with a new visual idiom. Front and center is a description of the style, along with keywords and vocabulary that you can use in your prompts .
I’m excited to see how this project evolves. Every day around 10 a.m. PT, I’ll share a new issue.
