@CNPalerts My brother and his family haven't had power since 2:00 am, no rolling, nothing. He just got power and it lasted all of 5 minutes. This is cruel in so many ways. Please give 77489 some relief. They’re suffering 😢

@CNPalerts @ERCOT_ISO Will you reach out to the Army Corps of Engineers to look over the situation and guide you? They could assess the entire problem, give advice on what options are available to us. They can design effective grids to implement an efficient rollout system for the power outage.
