I once filed, but indicated I worked, thinking it made sense to notify them l was back to work. My honesty upset them. Got threatening letters and calls!

@NYSLabor The NYSDOL should be legally barred from collecting anything. The incompetence and hostile treatment of New Yorkers pre-dates Covid. The whole system is rotten from the top down and has been for years. DOL administers many other programs well. Sad it has horrible leaders in UI.
