Fun times listening to the band while watching the woman’s basketball team play!

Disgusting. Thankfully others stepped in to help this poor child.

NEW: Police reportedly called after small boy is seen in nothing but a diaper and uncontrollably shivering as his mother refuses to give him warm clothes.

Luckily, one apparent shopper felt so bad that they grabbed a pair of clothes to put on him.

It's sad that a random shopper cares more about this young boy than his own mother.

"He came in here without that jacket on," said one person in the video.

According to the woman who filmed the video, the police were called after shoppers observed the boy shivering.

"Yes, we did call the police. I mean, why wouldn't we? Why wouldn't we?" Tik Tok user Fee Nicole said.

"When you see a child that's being neglected, don't have on any clothes, just a diaper, no shoes, no socks, no shirt, no nothing. So why wouldn't we call the police?"

@NickiblLyford I agree. Also, make education more affordable to people can pave their own dreams

RT @H_Tmbrlk If we want it to be attainable, we need to make education affordable and accessible #macrosw

@lizwhittles @parduesm I think people become numb to it, but not stop suffering

@JimmySW A3: how extreme it is. Those at the top do not realize and those in the middle are to busy working hard to make ends meet

[Rebecca R. Wedgewood @BeccaWedgewood]

@SunyaFolayan well said! People hit an all time low when they feel that they cannot provide for their children. Very difficult

@CheyenneGottsch @andrea_prater2 @kristineUAB_SW I agree that advocacy is key to any change. But who will do the advocating?

@laurelhitchcock A@: It becomes a problem when others suffer as a direct result of what others may see as a benefit

@JimmySW A1 I think that it is a constant "dumbbell" pattern like described in the film. The richest are not spending the money.
