Very disappointed with @HM_Passport as @NHSDigital nhs workers @NHSuk we have been so busy and didn't realise our 2 kids passports were running out we were suppose to go on holiday to spain on the 16th of july, due to the restrictions we now loose 1500 and dont get to go away 😢

Even though we sent the passports off for renewal 2 weeks ago, doesn't seem fair we work all the way through covid now we lose money and dont get to enjoy a well deserved break
