We’ve waited 10 weeks for our new sofa to be delivered by @DFS to be told they can’t get up our street?! They were not 50 metres away from our house. Just been told by customer services that delivery will now be delayed and we won’t be getting our new sofa today...UNIMPRESSED!

@Parkdeanresorts We went and have been able to stay in the caravan we initially got moved to, which was great but we still ended up having to pack and unpack again! However, no complaints. Free WiFi access wouldn’t have gone amiss for the inconvenience though 😝
