@kentowle do your customer service team understand they’re supposed to help customers. A 2nd non delivery in a month and I’m having to make 10s of phone calls to fight for my refund which should be automatic!

@asda @AsdaServiceTeam for the 2nd time in a month 8 days after my non delivery I’m still getting nowhere with getting a refund and Asda customer service refuse to respond to emails and when I call they just tell me to call back later when they “may have more staff in” avoid!!!

washing machine breaks, @SamsungUK put us in touch with ACL Domestic Appliances to fix the ‘known fault’ charge £90 to send an engineer, leave us 4 more days to tell us Samsung no longer make the PCB part for spares so there’s nothing they can do.. #dontbuysamsung #2toddlersdirty

2 calls both cut off, no call back, broken vacuum, replacement needed but they want me to box it up myself and take it to a collection point before even sending a new one and they won’t replace it with the same model @SharkCleanUK I’m losing the will to live!

No broadband connection for over 24hrs due to a sky engineer screwing up the job and can’t reach @SkyUK due to their lines being closed in working hours for with no explanation, no baby monitors working, no ability to work. Such a shocking experience for a tech provider!

@getonthis2 Have been for the last 5 years and yes I absolutely agree I would try anything. But if my way in wasn’t the guaranteed way with tickets in hand I would not be travelling with my son. Not worth the risk with kids!
