I think we easily forget all the work being done behind the scenes to keep us on campus. I’m SO thankful for @twaal and his team of people working tirelessly to try giving us the whole semester on campus. We are lucky to have people fighting for us.
What is left to say? How long, O Lord.
With our silence and inaction, we betray you and our sisters and brothers of color who are made in your image.
I, for one, will seek to listen to and center voices of color in my own life that I might learn.

Hey Friends! No face-to-face chapel today but here's
"A Good Word with Pastor Steph and Dr. Hank"
about faithfulness in the midst of fear.

An #mvnu student asked me if I'd be staying home during our hiatus from in-person classes while they do class from their dorms. That's a NO friends. I am with you.
I’m thankful for everyone who encourages, loves, and fights for those when they need it. I have lots of this people and I’m very blessed for that!! :) #mvnuthanks
This is Narwhal. He was born with an extra tail on his forehead. It hasn’t wagged yet but he’s working on it. 14/10 always read the instructions before assembling your puppy
Still can’t believe that I get to celebrate my 20th birthday worshipping God and reflecting on His goodness with my best pal @GracePalya2 and my fave band!! See you soon @tenthavenorth !!!
@jordansmellz @jon__gerlach @Duke13Theo My students are not dumb. Learning, growing, maturing, sometimes misstepping, but not dumb. They are a gift, even the ornery ones. (insert fancy ninja move with my shepherd's staff...)
@mvnuthoughts
@srdlobdell@mvnuthoughts It saddens me to see so many people just trying to find something to complain about. What we are talking about is relevant and I think that some people need to pay attention a little more closely and actually take something from what is being said about how to be hospitable.
@srdlobdell@mvnuthoughts And that’s what it’s been so far. Yes we aren’t diving deep into God’s word but we are still taking time to consider how God would ask us to live in this time. Go to church, read your Bible, and then go to chapel and take it for what it is instead of trying to change it.
@mvnuthoughts If only someone had mentioned God planting a garden and giving humankind the responsibility of stewarding creation...oh wait!! ;) In all seriousness, I'd love to sit down and have a conversation about your thoughts in person....if you're willing to come out behind the curtain.
