@bebbsta @parcelforce They’ve lost the plot. My parcel has been collected from our local PF shop after SIX days and THREE reminders. They obviously can’t be bothered to do the local collections. Of course when I enquired I am told there is no refund for my so called express 48 label. Never again !!!!

@parcelforce I dropped off my parcel with prepaid label at our local collect shop in Maidenhead on the 9th May. I checked today and it is still there. I paid for 48 hour delivery. What a waste of money. You can’t even be bothered to collect parcels. Just my money .
