I was informed that my tickets were dispatched on the 11th September by 48 hour tracked delivery. however checking the tracking information it is saying it is expected by Royal Mail and worried they've got lost given it's now 17 days later.

@InPostUK vinted are still awaiting reply regarding my item being sent back to me as you couldn't deliver it to buyer, but sent back wrong item with different tracking. Been 16 days now...
@InPostUK I was very keen on using you when I first started vinted because of convenience, but it's clear the popularity has caused massive struggles on your part and you are not being open and honest with customers, which in my experience will grant you some lee-way!
@InPostUK is there anyone actually monitoring your emails? Vinted are chasing you regarding your service, my parcel has gone missing, I've received the completely wrong item instead of what I was meant to get back (a return on your behalf). Poor customer service!
@AsdaServiceTeam collection order due for pickup 3-4, told by staff it will be later due to staff sickness and check the app. 3 hours later still not ready... Customer service want to cancel the order even though there is a available slots tomorrow. Slot was booked 2 months ago..

@HMRCcustomers I have been trying online chat all day (starting at 8am sharp), to be told that all advisors are busy. Had a chance at 6:20pm today to call which lasted 2m22s because I was told in the same breath that the opening hours are 8-8, but the offices are closed so they can't help me...
@HMRCcustomers Somehow managed to do it and register a change in name/address. Address was set as my previous address (moved 15 months ago), which I believe a letter about change of tax code was sent to. Is there a way I can request a new letter or view online?

@O2 I have checked it. I had a message to say that my data had been used up, but on my o2 it says that I have 2gb of 7gb left. The breakdown says that 5gb is my monthly, and 2gb is bolt on, but it expired 18th August. Not sure which one to pay attention to? Do I have Ogb or 2gb left?
