@British_Airways Hi Angela, there’s no error message. I have eventually been able to check in as was able to add my visa to my profile via the manage booking option rather on the check in page.

Hi @British_Airways, when will you get your check in system rectified for ppl on visas flying to the US? I’ve given up trying to check in for my flight after 25 mins going round in circles. I have had issues every time over the last year - it’s put me off booking again with you.

@British_Airways From what I understand, this is a recurring issue. I can’t make it to check in as your system doesn’t recognise my visa (though I’m not getting an error message, just loads back to the same page). I have flown with you numerous times on this visa now so it’s frustrating.
