Been sitting here for almost 5 hours- between the repair and waiting for @subaru_usa to call the dealer. Love my Forester but having a part go out just after the warranty when it's a known issue (cause they extended the warranty) is a bit aggravating. 😕

Was hoping to "feel the love" from @subaru_usa today when I reached out regarding a very pricey part replacement thats just over the extended warranty... no response on them reaching out to the Subaru dealer (Sport Subaru South Orlando) I told them was handling the repair.

Crew on flight 3258 with @SouthwestAir were fantastic. Always a friendly and welcoming feel on Southwest flights. Also the crew handled an onboard medical emergency with prompt professionalism.
