years ago i was going through recovery for an eating disorder & self harm that i’d tried to tackle for years alone. some days were good, some days were still very tough. my dad (@paddy_stan), noticed my dark days & would bundle me into his car to drive for hours singing our fave

songs so loud the windows would shake(or was that our bad tone??), he’d ask no questions and force no answers. we’d just drive and sing. together.
i know how lucky i am/was to have such amazing support surrounding me& i thank him/my family daily or getting me out the other side!
