@AerLingus you need a new finance system. 6 months and still not received a refund for an upgrade on a cancelled flight. Contact centre is useless and can't tell me anything. Get yourself act together

So sorry to hear of the passing of Bill Arthur, a great Super League commentator and a true gentleman. Used to enjoy our chats in the kitchen at SkyBet when he came in to use the editing suite. He just used to blend in, no heirs and graces. #RIPBillArthur
