@HughesHaili Absolutely. Like everything there are pluses and minuses. Our primary school has part time staff on every portion of a week from half a day up. Great for PPA for example.

@MissStanleyYr6 It’s hard not to take this personally but try to remember that schools are up against the 30 May deadline. We often have ridiculously little time to recruit at this time of the year. We really do value NQTs!

@miss_colbourne Please tell your colleagues! Having run both secondary and primary schools I know you are right, but also know how often secondary teachers underestimate what their Year 7s can do on arrival.
