@Markzware Oh, that's just a great suggestion. Jump from one huge corporate giant with a subscription-only model to another slightly less large corporate giant with a subscription model. Wait a year or two and Adobe will abandon InDesign and we'll be in the same boat again. ๐
@JLCPINK@Microsoft I can't agree more. I'm wondering what to do with all of the books I've created. Documents with well over 200 pages and multiple design elements. I can't even begin to know how I'd create them with Word. This "Designer" app doesn't look like it's for long documents.
@shashib This is the kind of response many people will have to this. But those of us who have used this product for years, who have created many long multi-page documents in Publisher, are absolutely furious and feel quite betrayed by Microsoft.
@GraceRandolph I've seen all of them. I felt like I needed to do homework to understand the Dune show, though I did like it pretty much. Skeleton Crew is great, kind of a mash-up of Goonies and Star Wars. I think all of these would have more viewers if they dropped all episodes at once.
@GraceRandolph My reference is animations that would have been on TV in the late 60s. "Look -- up in the sky! It's a bird . . . it's a plane . . . It's Superman!"
@GraceRandolph I'm so sick of this kind of thing happening. I feel like they could have fixed this show with a little effort. Canceling after 1 season makes me think maybe I should wait for season 2 before watching season 1 of anything, which would, of course, doom them all to being canceled.
