Airbnb has yet to acknowledge this case (they keep repeating that my account has not been hacked, which isn’t the issue) or provide any security to me as a host for future bookings. It keeps getting passed around.

@urbanarsenaI @bchesky An Airbnb account was, unbeknownst to me, hacked. The hacker made a same-day booking for my apartment. I sent check-in instructions to my home including code access to a lockbox. Two hours later I was told it was a fraudulent booking, so it was refunded 100%, but I was travelling

@bchesky I keep getting passed to different Airbnb reps who refuse to acknowledge what has happened. I have been offered a $100 coupon as a ‘good will gesture.’ Agree no sharing platform is infallible but Airbnb needs to take responsibility when it is

@bchesky Hi Brian. I am a host who has been on Airbnb for eight years. About two months ago, I wound up sending check in details with lockbox instructions to someone who wound up being a hacker, that booked my apartment. I have contacted Airbnb close to 100 times (no exaggeration)

@iah I land in terminal E and have to transfer to terminal D for a separately booked connecting flight to Mexico. Interjet will not allow me to get my boarding pass in advance for some reason. 1) do I have to go through immigration to transfer terminals?
