@comcastcares Of course @comcast and @comcastcares did nothing, they wanted to look like they were helping by publicly replying, don't be fooled. They are more concerned with lobbying the government on regulations than providing good products and service to their customers. #ComcastDoesNotCare

So @comcast is trying to tell me that I used 2 TB of data in October and they are charging me $250. This is almost double my average month. I was out of town for a week. How do consumers know they aren't scamming us, we don't have our own measurements. #ripoff #screwthecustomer
