I have switched to your so called new tech ola S1 pro, whose battery simply died 25 days ago. Right now my scooter is collecting dust at your service centre in Thane and your team says there are other 37 scooters in line before me for battery replacement waiting.

@Mohitojha18@bhash@OlaElectric Regrettably, none of these complaints have been resolved, and some were even auto-closed without any resolution. To add to my frustration, I physically visited the Ola Experience Center located at Malad Link Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra and no resolution yet.
