@JessicaTarlov What happened 43 years ago when we were low on reserves?? Nada, the market flattened out, prices came down & reserves eventually were topped off. USA is a net exporter (13.3 mil barrels per day) & now the largest crude producer on the planet; this isn’t the 1970’s.
