The three top categories in Ai based consumer conversions are: 1) consumer electronics, 2)home & furniture, 3) Beauty & wellness.

These supplement companies’ “top of funnel” is moving to Ai chats at almost 700% YoY (albeit a tiny rounding error in total volume against everything). The quicker they realize this, the better for both them and customers: The shopping chaperone (GPT/Gemini) is now informed enough to read between the lines of marketing and educate the customer, creating a net positive feedback loop (I.e. better/lesser ingredients)
