@micpewpew I recommend going old school (at least for 40k) if the indecision of MtG is a turn off for you. 8e Index play was fun, once they started releasing codexes the stratagem and special rule bloat made <3hr games impossible. Even worse in 10e. No idea about 11e or Age of Scubmar.

@LL_929 It means that you should roll 11d8+1d4+1 for their hp total. The plus indicates a hit point bonus, not a hit dice bonus. They are 11+ HD creatures.
