@VodafoneIT I am writing publicly because, after three weeks, I received a message saying we would be connected soon. I do not need your message, please activate it soon.@EU_Consumer@EccEu, what are my rights as a consumer in this situation? #EUconsumerrights
@VodafoneFdn
@VodafoneIT I’ve been waiting for more than two weeks for my SIM card activation after switching from Iliad. Despite being told it would take 2 days, it’s still not active. I’ve already visited your store twice, but the issue persists. Your customer service is terrible. #Vodafone
@VodafoneIT@VodafoneIT I've been waiting for over two weeks for my SIM card. Despite private massage, it's still inactive. Please implement an AI-powered verification process to expedite activations. This simple solution could save customers countless hours. @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneFdn

A terrible experience with ING. I got an email that you indicate the origin of the funds in your accounts. I sent my work-life report and payroll receipt a lot (no response). finally, they canceled my account without any explanation
@JosiePhillimore@opodo I told the customer support of @opodo about this issue. And they said we have already refunded you the full amount. I feel there is a terrible trick.
I am looking forward to hearing from you (@opodo).
@JosiePhillimore@opodo Because of that amount of money and that discrepancy, I canceled the booking.
But after a few days, I received a 599.18 GBP (€ 653.90) refund. I have an official invoice and my bank statement. The difference is about 50 euros.
@opodo
I have had a horrible experience with @opodo.
Unfortunately, I think there is an evil trick on my booking. I booked the tickets for 615.59 GBP, but when I checked my account, I see @opodo withdrawal 643.21 GBP (exactly 704,67 EUR).
