@_hannahdevitt actually, the best time to carb load is right after a workout, so yes. Just be careful w/ portions & add protein & fiber 😘

Load & lift properly! W/o the right equipment (cage), highest last squat set was 105 x 5. Today, last set squat w/ cage was 150 x 4 (easy).
