πππ This was an outstanding event and I can't wait for the next one. Women lifting women, making space for each other and being #inthearena to drive each other forward. Thank you @LilaMularczyk and @MeghanneWellard. Your warmth and vulnerability was appreciated
@Anncaro11@EmmaSnellTQA@itsF1SKY No, no mandate for f2f to my knowledge? Unless I've missed something? I'm NSBT this year so my brain has been in that space...
@Anncaro11@EmmaSnellTQA@itsF1SKY I think it's good to do a bit, like @EmmaSnellTQA is suggesting, but then do exactly what you suggest and give them a date to have it done by. To help answer Emma's question, I've done the f2f bit using a Kahoot with scenarios as a teaser, and then given time.
@itsF1SKY@EmmaSnellTQA This!! I've advocated for this for years, too! Provide time and trust that if staff choose to use that time for something else, that they will get the mand PL done under a flexible working arrangement and in reasonable time. If they've done it prior, then that time is theirs. π
@UniNewEngland Not much! Some of the colleges, yes. Although I did chuckle at the signage of 'The 'Stro'...we used to affectionately call it that, so love that uni has embraced the name!
Farewell 2023. 2024 = new home, in a new location, doing a new job! After 21 years of school based teaching and leading, I am excited to be joining the SEO2 world of @NSWEducation to sink my teeth into some curriculum work. Farewell Sydney, hello Tweed Coast/Northern Rivers!
Pretty proud of the work done by all involved and the awesome opportunities this has opened up for students and staff. Thanks @NSWEducation for the feature!
