@cineworld can you help? I have had my Group 3 unlimited card moved to Group 2 now have to pay an uplift on my ticket bookings? I have tried sending a contact form in. And we cannot book any tickets online with me in the booking! I have also tried to DM you with my details.
@nxcare Hi. I applied for a refund on the 20th March as my coach to University of Southampton was cancelled. I have had no confirmation and no response. I was told it would take 14 days, then an email saying refunds could take up to 28 days. We are now past this, can you assist?
