As someone working in operations and vendor management, I have so much respect for what Gemini and his team have accomplished with this concert.
Managing a project involving multiple vendors is already challenging. But in the arts, it gets even more complicated because creativity cannot always be mapped out 100% in advance. You can define standards, timelines, and deliverables, but you cannot simply connect A to B according to standard C and expect magic to happen.
The real challenge is getting multiple teams, each with their own expertise and responsibilities, to work toward ONE shared vision, rather than simply delivering their individual parts and stitching them together at the end. That takes a clear artistic direction, strong execution, trust, coordination, and exceptional project management.
And what makes this concert even more impressive is how much of Gemini himself is woven into it.
From the concert's name and concept, which he reconsidered after finding the team's initial suggestions didn't quite fit him, to the journey, dreams, personal choices, his love for MJ and Japanese manga, and even the joy of singing medleys with fans joining in through fan chants. You can see his fingerprints everywhere. This isn't just a concert performed by Gemini. It's a vision shaped by Gemini, brought to life through collaboration with his team.
That, to me, is another level of creative ownership. Knowing what represents you, having the courage to make decisions when something doesn't feel right, and translating your vision into an experience that an entire team can execute. Artistic vision is one thing. Turning that vision into a cohesive, tangible experience, across multiple vendors and moving parts, is an entirely different level of capability.
From an operational perspective, I'm equally impressed by the team behind him. The preparation appears so well coordinated that Gemini could even take an overseas job just days before the concert, knowing there was a team capable of holding things together. That kind of confidence doesn't come from nowhere. It comes from preparation, clear ownership, and a team that knows exactly what it's doing.
A successful concert isn't just about having great individual performances or vendors who deliver their respective scopes. It's about having a shared vision, a team that can translate it into execution, and the management capability to make every moving part work as one.
Huge respect to Gemini and the entire team behind this project. And seeing Gemini deliver across all three days, spending hours on stage each night, only makes me appreciate the preparation behind it even more.

We understand and respect the idea of waiting for the series to air before making a final judgment. However, we hope you can also understand why Myanmar fans raised their concerns from the very beginning.
When we saw elements of our cultural heritage in the trailer for *Scarlet Heart Thailand*, we became concerned because the series is titled Scarlet Heart Thailand, not Scarlet Heart Myanmar. We were worried that viewers might naturally assume these cultural elements belong exclusively to Thailand if their origins and influences are not clearly acknowledged.
Just as Thai people cherish their culture, we Myanmar people cherish ours. Our concerns do not come from a desire to claim that other cultures have no historical connections with ours, nor do we deny the cultural exchange that has existed between our countries for centuries. We simply want our cultural heritage to be properly recognized and respected.
That is why we reached out to GMMTV, asking for a clear explanation regarding the cultural inspirations used and requesting appropriate on-screen credits. We believe these are reasonable requests, not accusations or an attempt to create conflict.
What heightened our concerns was the lack of a response from GMMTV during the first three days after we initially raised the issue. The silence left many of us feeling unheard and uncertain about whether our concerns were being taken seriously.
We are not asking anyone to condemn the series before its release. We are asking people to understand why Myanmar fans felt the need to speak up in the first place. Waiting for the series to air and advocating for proper cultural acknowledgment are not mutually exclusive.
We, too, believe culture should connect people rather than divide them. But genuine cultural appreciation also means listening to the communities whose heritage is being represented and ensuring they receive proper acknowledgment.
We sincerely hope this can be understood not as hostility toward Thai people or the series, but as a heartfelt request from people who love their culture and wish to see it respected, just as you would want yours to be. We all are waiting for the series too. 🥰💙

The Statement from Myanmar Fan Communities @GMMTV@ScarletHeartTH
We, Myanmar fan communities, stand united in calling for clear explanations, proper cultural recognition, and on-screen credits for Myanmar’s cultural heritage featured in *Scarlet Heart Thailand*.
Until these concerns are properly addressed, we will temporarily suspend organized trending activities and promotional support for the series. This is about respecting our heritage, not attacking artists or opposing cultural exchange.

They keep saying, "Anyone can use a peacock". Guys, this isn't just some random bird to us. The peacock is the symbol that appeared on our flags.
GMMTV RESPECT OUR CULTURE

First of all, we appreciate GMMTV finally addressing the concerns surrounding Scarlet Heart Thailand.
However, acknowledging that the series draws inspiration from different cultures should also come with the responsibility to recognize their origins. Inspiration without proper credit risks allowing audiences unfamiliar with these cultures to mistake them for Thai traditional heritage.
Now that the cultural inspirations have been acknowledged, we urge @GMMTV to take the next step by providing clear and specific credit to the respective countries, whether in the opening, ending credits, or a dedicated acknowledgment within the series.
