Rev. Prof. Musa Jiddah Gelengu Endorses Professor Isa Pantami!

Reverend Professor Musa Jiddah Gelengu, from Balanga Local Government Area of Gombe State, has declared his support for the candidature of @ProfIsaPantami, (Wazirin Pantami), CON, describing him as a man of great qualities.

Rev. Prof. Gelengu served as the Federal Commissioner on the Board of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission, representing the North-East states. He also contested for the Gombe South Senatorial District seat in 2018.

A Minister of the Gospel with over 35 years of service, Rev. Prof. Gelengu has also been involved in politics since 2003.

Speaking about Professor Pantami, he said:

“I believe in the candidature of Professor Isa Ali Pantami. He is a man of great qualities. He combines religion and academia. He is a religious leader and a Professor of Cybersecurity.

“He combines faith and science together, which is exactly what I have talked about regarding supernatural truth and natural truth in all my intellectual findings. There is always a union between them. There is no war between one and the other.

“When such qualities are found in a person, we have a distinguished and distinctive person with the ability to build the nation and its people in ways that are unprecedented.”

Rev. Prof. Gelengu also pointed to Professor Isa Ali Pantami’s record in public service under the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, where he served as Director-General of NITDA and later as Minister of Communications and Digital Economy of Nigeria.

He noted that during his time in both positions, Professor Pantami initiated and facilitated numerous programmes that benefited government ministries, departments and agencies across the country, with significant impact on society. According to him, the scale of these achievements places Professor Pantami among the few public servants who have recorded such a remarkable record of service.

He further called on good the people of Gombe State to rally behind Professor Isa Ali Pantami and support his bid to become Governor of Gombe State in 2027.
