The game ended all square despite a 2-0 lead with goals from Kendall Kelly and Jade Entwistle. A lack of squad depth caught up with us in the final 20 minutes. Well done to debutants Liz Sturrock & Amy Moorhouse.

Belvedere kept up the pressure and were unfortunate not to equalise, Darwen scored a third against the run of play in the final minutes . Overall, a good show of determination with some good spells of play. We pick ourselves up and go again next week!

Belvedere travelled with just 11 players today due to injury and illness. At 2-0 down we found ourselves down to 10 due to a head injury. A fantastic first half free kick from @jessheys91 made it 2-1.

Belvedere travel to Accrington this weekend for the penultimate game of the season against Darwen Ladies Reserves.
