Unfortunately, the time has come for me to step away completely from @BelvoLadiesFC. I would like to thank everyone for their support over the years. You have all helped me grow as a coach in terms of confidence and ability, as i transitioned into open age football.

Weekly update peeps, I'm now 41.9 miles into the 60 miles in September challenge 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️ My pace has improved, and I'm feeling great after every run. I would like to thank everyone for all your donations and support. Here's to smashing off the last 19 miles 👍🏃‍♂️

60 miles in September challenge in aid of Cancer Research. Just completed my 7th run in 8 days and hit 20.49 miles in total 🏃‍♂️ Legs were in bits on Sunday, so I rested. I'm hitting 3 miles a day now and feeling pretty good 😊 👍🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
