@schrepfler @McGddson @patio11 At least here in Finland, a bit of both. >90% were Euribor 12m variable rate + bank margin (0.2-0.4% depending on negotiation). For a few years, this meant your interest was only the margin. Only one bank offered a 25 year fixed rate, but you had to ask.
