I had a good experience with him. He cares about winning and spends money on the roster, on coaches and resources, on the stadium, and on facilities. That’s huge and it’s hard to be successful if you’re not willing to spend. When I was there he was quick to admit mistakes and move on from bad hires. Always better to do that than hang on. He met with players to get their input, kept leadership in the loop, and was always around and personable. I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes so I can’t say if he’s playing shadow GM and interfering with the guys he hires. I will say the first couple years it was set up in a way that everyone could get in his ear and it felt like all sides of the building had a voice and that’s never good. Since then it seems like he’s streamlined the org, roles, and lines of communication. My big takeaway is he gives a crap, wants to win, and spends money. The results haven’t been there but he does the things you want him to and I think it’ll come eventually.
We will see what happens from here, but thinking the head coach had to go but the current front office can get this fixed is the most Cleveland Browns 2012-2025 thought ever.
If Stefanski is good enough to get a 7th yr based on the team’s record the GM must be bad. On the other hand if the GM is good enough to get a 7th yr based on the record the coach must suck. The only other possibility is they both aren’t very good. Not many people get a 7th year

Which Andrew Berry Browns draft picks have the most career touchdowns?
I would have never guessed the top 2 without looking and I never leave my mom's basement. So you can't look it up either. The prize is...nothing.
Not Harold Fannin. He's tied for 4th.
It's everything. It's the quarterback holding it too long, it's the bad O-line, it's the lack of real pop at receiver. The construction of this offense is and has been horrendous.
Here is how the teams eliminated and virtually eliminated from the playoffs stack up in cap space (includes futures signings) and draft capital in 2026. For reference average cap is $19.7M and draft value is 5,520.

It’s the longest streak by any team since the 2007 49ers (9). The last 10-game streak was by the 2000-01 Cardinals (13).
