No interest in helping customers even after their technology failed multiple times leading to massive fraudulent spending

@paulmonagh @monzo would be interested to hear how @monzo deal with this after they completely rejected my claim of clear fraudulent activity. customer service was awful and major security breaches not addressed. wouldn’t consider money safe with monzo anymore over other banks.
