Why have you removed Eurosport? Instead of paying £83.88 a year to watch alpine skiing, you’re now trying to make me pay £381.88 a year to watch skiing.

I’m trying to follow the great farming debate but, as an economics illiterate, I’m baffled. If a farm has a nominal value of, say, £3m but generates an income of only c. £40k, how can it really be worth that much?

This is not, bt dubs, a loaded question. I’m interested.

@RupertLowe10 I understand that some farmers will struggle with the new tax, but I’m not sure how a farm is worth nothing until it’s sold. If I have a £1m painting, surely that’s not really worth anything until I sell it? And can’t really create provide profit during ownership
