here are some facts.
1. It takes 5-7 minutes to bleed out.
2. 60,000 people die a year from bleeding out from being shot.
3. In most cases it takes about 15-30 minutes for an ambulance to come to the scene.
4. Officers aren’t required to do any training for first response.
