Overall, the resolution for systemic residual disease augments our current approach and delivers added value despite higher (less deep) LODs. We and other groups will work to improve LODs. (10/n)

@bdermanmd The IKAROS-dependent (IDH2) expansion is interesting, but lets not ignore the near-requisite selection bottleneck from ASCT. Here, 97% had a prior ASCT. Similar for TP53 t-MDS/AML. Other words, in a future with less ASCT, I hope incidence will be lower (regardless IMiD/CELMoD).

We were enthusiastic about the clear demonstration of anti-CD38 biology here, given post-treatment assessments were performed after initiation of Dara monotherapy (i.e., not in combo with the usual suspects aside from steroids).
