@ValeofGlamorgan when does patching potholes stop and you realise you need to resurface the road outside @rhwsprimary ??????

[Ben @BenFaire]

@tfwrail What are they and who dumps that many?

[Ben @BenFaire]

@tfwrail what is a “Promise to pay notice” and why have I just found 100 of the on the Bridgend bound platform at Rhoose?

[Ben @BenFaire]

@YourSSE DM sent Sam

[Ben @BenFaire]

@YourSSE I started calling trying to sort out a 3yr old open complaint @ 9am this morning after the 2nd smart meter I had installed failed. @ 11am I was still no closer! Gave 5pm as a deadline to call me back.. Guess who hasn’t had a call?!? 😡

[Ben @BenFaire]

@Play_Way I see UBOAT is in Early Access on Steam for £9.51. I backed this on kickstarter for CA$ 45 and sent messages to you asking for an update going back July'21 with no reply and the Steam release date still says 30Apr,'19. What's going on? Please give me access.

[Ben @BenFaire]

@OctopusEnergy
So with all the increases you're putting on us, will the refer a friend incentive be going up as well? Seems only fair. Else it's not worth what it was.

[Ben @BenFaire]

@MojangSupport Help please! I just saw this https://t.co/9Z0Scl1yb7 after spending hours trying to get my code for RTX beta. Please tell me you can help.

[Ben @BenFaire]

@octopus_energy having received no word from you with your steps to help during the current Pandemic maybe you could let us know what steps you’ll put in place for all the increased bills from people having to stay at home.

[Ben @BenFaire]

@WestQuayMC Your instructions on your website run contrary to those over the phone. I quote "Please complete this form. We will contact you to let you know when you can collect your Sick / Fit" the exact opposite is told over the phone. Please clarify.

[Ben @BenFaire]

@tfwrail @bethym09 Dear Owen, many thanks. I’ll try and make sense of it.

[Ben @BenFaire]

@RobertsSpaceInd £24 for the Expedition skin is steep! Plus if I do an upgrade I downgrade my C8X to normal one (#511018) ticket raised about it.

[Ben @BenFaire]

@tfwrail @bethym09 Show me the maths please. How many trains do you have now? How many will the £800million get us? What will the increase in passage capacity be? Or will you hopelessly not know and suggest I contact customer services directly? I don’t have months to wait for a reply!

[Ben @BenFaire]

@BothXP I know what this is! It’s 6 and mouse that can’t stop!

[Ben @BenFaire]

@BothXP I looks like something broke!

[Ben @BenFaire]

@tfwrail We have been treated to a 4 car set on the 8:06 from Rhoose to Central this week. If this is a trial to see how it eases capacity onboard, may I point out you’re doing it during half term when demand drops anyway. If it’s not a trial when will we be getting 4 cars?

[Ben @BenFaire]

@tfwrail your intercom on the Cardiff bound platform at Rhoose has been out of action for some weeks. Please repair as a matter of urgency. I use the word “urgency” loosely as I know nothing tfwrail does happens quickly.
